Craftpak is a family owned manufacturing company who specialises in producing packaging at both low cost and in realistic, affordable quantities.
Roger, the owner of Craftpak, contacted us as they were looking for a local company that could take care of their website. Since it was custom built in PHP with virtually no administration area, the person in charge of updating the website needs a good knowledge of PHP (which is one of the coding languages that we specialise in) and we are located one suburb away from the Craftpak factory, Roger was happy to find a local expert he could trust with his website.
Our business relationships started with a couple of small jobs (fixing coding errors, adding new packaging products, changing page content, inserting images) and grew into bigger jobs such as giving their website a facelift with a new website design, modifying the shopping cart to be more streamlined and building a customised quoting system which is integrated into their website.
The quoting system that we built especially for Craftpak allows the team to select packaging products from the website, specify the colour and quantity for each product, enter the customer’s details as well as a customised message which is unique for that quote. This quote then can be saved to the system, emailed to the client as well as producing a branding PDF with the quote which Craftpak can either print for their own records or to hand directly to a client.
